Welcome to our Concert Series!

My name is Frank Borik, Artistic Director and Chairperson of the Friends of the Library Concert Committee, and I want to extend our warmest welcome to you. Our mission is to strengthen our community through high-quality musical performances from local professional and academic groups. In doing so, we aim to give back in ways that last far beyond the final note.

We support our musicians by providing:

• Professional Recordings: We record each group so they have a tangible, high quality product to advance their work.
• Media Exposure: We offer promotional platforms to help expand their reach.
• Enthusiastic Audiences: We connect our performers with passionate crowds that show appreciation in ways a mere check cannot.

But perhaps most importantly, we support our community by providing the opportunity to gather together with a common purpose — to enjoy music in the presence of each other’s company.
