• Availability: Tickets or reservations for our concert series are subject to venue capacity limits. A reservation guarantees entry only up to the designated door-closing time specified on your ticket.
• Cancellations: If you reserve a free ticket and are no longer able to attend, we kindly request that you cancel your reservation via our website or contact us so we may release the seat to community members on our waiting list.
• Program Changes: The Friends of the Library reserves the right to substitute artists, adjust performance times, or alter programming without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Venue Policies & Attendee Conduct

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for our performers and audience members, all attendees must adhere to the following rules at the Bonita-Sunnyside Library venue:

• Recording and Photography: Unauthorized flash photography, professional video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance to respect artist copyrights and minimize distractions. Standard, non-disruptive smartphone photography without flash is permitted.
• Disruptive Behavior: The Friends of the Library and library staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any patron displaying behavior that disrupts the performance, compromises safety, or interferes with others’ enjoyment of the event.
• Late Seating: Latecomers will be seated only during appropriate intervals in the performance at the discretion of the ushers.

3. Seating Policy

• General Admission: All tickets for the Bonita-Sunnyside Library Concert Series are general admission. There is no assigned or reserved seating.
• Ushers & Entry: To ensure a smooth flow and safety within the venue, patrons will be shown to their seats as directed by our event ushers upon entry. We kindly ask that groups arriving together enter the performance space at the same time to facilitate side-by-side seating.
• Accessible Seating: Accommodations for wheelchairs, assistive devices, and individuals with specific mobility needs are available. Please inform an usher upon arrival, or contact us in advance, so our team can assist you with accessible seating arrangements.
